Your homework is:
-Read The Most Dangerous Game starting on page 13 in your text.
-Character V. Character, Char. v. Self, Char. v. Nature, & Char. v. Society Chart with 1 quote (lines pulled directly from the text) with an explanation, and two general examples. This should be done for each column.
-Then write a short response describing the main conflict of the short story.
Hint: When Rainsford and Whitney are talking about "how a jaguar feels" they have opposing/different opinions. This is an example of char. v. char.

Reading Class Homework

Hello Students and Parents!
I am excited for the school year to start and I hope you all had an enjoyable summer. I know my summer flew by! As I am preparing for the school year, I am busy arranging the classroom, getting lesson plans together and getting things organized for student council. I know this will be an exciting and adventurous school year! Keep your eyes open for current posts and updates. I think this will be a valuable tool for parents, students, and myself. I look forward to meeting you all!
